Building the backend infrastructure for a conversation intelligence platform that processes 800K+ calls/day. Work spans distributed system design, real-time speech processing pipelines, LLM integrations, and enterprise-grade authentication โ all at production scale.
Integrated Azure OpenAI and Google Gemini into transcription and insight generation workflows. Built RAG-based pipelines for contextual call analysis and automated tagging.
Contributed to speaker diarization and transcription systems using NeMo Diarization and Conformer models. Enabled accurate multi-speaker identification across real-time call streams.
Designed event-driven microservices using Apache Kafka. Implemented CQRS and event sourcing patterns for high-throughput data pipelines handling 800K+ daily call events.
Implemented OAuth2 + PKCE authentication flows and a three-tier Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) system supporting enterprise multi-tenancy and tenant-level permission isolation.
